    Default Are these dog ticks?

We've noticed the dog scratching a bit recently, so gave him a once over tonight, and found these 3 suspicious marks/lumps. Before we go digging, could someone in the know shed some light as to whether these are ticks, or whatever they are / aren't

The dog's fully vaccinated up and has recently been given a dose of frontline flea, tick and lice stuff.

    Thanks
