    Default Saloon headlining removal?

I'm looking to fit the rear interior light & do a possible aerial mod in the near future, can anyone help with the following?

does the headlining come down different to the hatch version?
I was looking yesterday and there is a plastic peg at the top of the c-pillar which seems to pull out. It only came out so far & did not want to force it.
Is it ok moving headlining with airbag being there?
The headlining seems to be held with velcro at the rear, so that should be no problem.

Also, with the aerial base, how is it fixed in & is there a plug part way along or does the cable go all the way to the radio??

Ian, never i've only ever dropped a headlining in the signum, never the vec, so i'll be a little vague..

the plug in the pillar is to secure the pillar trim, pull it back and it should release it, but you can pull them right back out..the airbag is safe as long as you don't get too heavy with it..it needs a feed from the main ECU to ignite, so if you aren't happy just drop the battery for 15 mins before so it will kill the system..yes to the velco, just try not to crease the headlining like i did..only a little one, but i know it's there....

the aerial base has a nut on the base and the plug for the aerial goes straight into it, there is no fly lead off it..the washer jet line will also be up under there as well..

hope you've got small hands, it was bad enough with a hatch..

Thanks Mark, not got to worry about the washer, not on the saloon
I did not want to remove plastic plug on c-pillar & break it.
