Navman F20: Whats the cheapest way to get latest maps?

Guys,

Im using a Navman F20 portable Sat Nav unit.
Problem is the maps are very outdated now.

I checked on the Navman website and its £39.00 for the latest maps, I could get a second hand unit for that or a new one for not much more.

Does anyone know of a cheaper way to get the latest maps/update this unit?

A new unit will be not too much more expensive ... And site rules will prevent anyone talking about pirated software
