Default Can anyone check ETK to see if the centre armrest disassembles ?

When I bought my car used, I accepted that one of the armrest hinges was broke. The dealer offered to swap it for one off an LS, but I declined as mine is leather. Since looking in to fixing the hinge it looks like the material part of the armrest detaches from the plastic hinged part, but I want to confirm if this is the case and what the part number of the plastic hinged part is before I start stripping mine down.

If possible, could anyone post an exploded view of the armrest assembly.

Just so happens I have the components to hand

It does come apart as I replaced mine with a leather one. Just trying to remember how I took it apart!

Your welcome to it, the only thing is one of the T20/25 is missing (the ones that hold the cover to the hinge part). However you should still have those fitted to your current one (slide arm rest forward, one located at either side by the metal rods)

    Update:
Cheers to Stewie who sorted me out with the part that I needed. It was a complicated job working out how to strip the old armrest, in fact I don't think I could explain how I did it, but it's good to know that they can be replaced if needed and it's good to find some very helpful people on this forum.
I also found out once I had fitted the new part that the arm rest cover slides forward, which means you can laze around in top gear without your arm slipping off the armrest (small things ehh!)
