    Question brake upgrade info?

Right ive done a bit of reading on this subject and cant make my mind up on 1 thing.but the list so far is
    full front end
    314mm discs
    calipers and carriers

The rears ive worked out i will need the 292mm vented disc and wider calipers.

But im stuck on if i would require new carriers aswell.
anyone shed some light on this for me?

Some people just cut the lip off on the rear guards, as its a lot easier and quicker job in changing the whole lot.

    What you'll need..

    Discs
    Calipers
    Carriers
    Pads
    7mm Allen Key
T27 Torx Bit (for rear discs)
Hacksaw (to cut back dust guards)
    Brake Hoses (optional)
    Brake Fluid
    Brake bleeder and bottle
    White spirit
    Copper Slip
    14mm and 10mm spanners
Mole Grips (to remove handbrake cable)
    Plenty of rags

    I think that's about it.

I cut a line from the outside of the guard following the profile of it and bent it back to increase the circumference so its just the right size for the bigger discs.

E20 Torx socket for the front caliper carriers and E18 for the rear ones, preferably ones that fit a 1/2" socket not 3/8", due to the torque you'll need to apply. Plus, for the front, a big breaker bar or pipe that goes over whatever you'll connect the Torx socket to.
