cammy !!!

hi guys can anyone tell me why my vectra sounds cammy underload ?
it a vectra c sxi 1.8 and im not happy with it , iv had the car 5 weeks and vauxhall tell its normal but i dont think it is it sounds like a derv now thats not rite is it???? the engines only done 28000 mile and its a 53 plate so it hasnt had a hard life .
its just an engine that new shouldnt sound that bad, the oil is ok which i would hav said it was runnin low but nope its full .

i have 53 plate 1.8 sri mate and runs like a sweety a bit under powered but once its wound up above 4000rpm goes very well and is a very quite running car imo not any of what you call a cam noise at all at any revs/under load take it back to them and tell its not right oh and mines is on 32000 and i give it a hard life lol

could be 'knock' from incorrect timing, or could be noisy lifters..either way it's back to VX for them to check...

i didnt think it was rite iv hread alot of engines in my time nothing that sounded like that on that little milage!!

bin bac to bayliss and they seem to hav fixed it plus the washers packed up and the cruise control so it all fixed now but they didnt say what was wrong with it ???
