    Default How Much is the VXR Rear skirt?

    Does any1 know how much the VXR rear skirts are and also the rear tail boxes?

    The tail box's are about £200 each, will not fit other models.

    Main wrap around skirt retails at £123.40 + VAT
    Centre Section Retails at £27.00 + VAT

    as matt says the tailbxes on their own won`t fit but
    if u want to put the tailboxes on ya car then you will also have to replace
    the centre section aswell as its got the y piece on it but you could go down
    another road and just buy the end pieces for a cost of around 40 quid each

    nice one guys, and the rear skirt and centre piece are priced at dealer prices?
    if i just bought the tail pipes would i have to cut the tail pipe ends off my gsi exhaust and have the VXR tail pippes welded on?

    You will not be able to simply bolt on the VXR tail pipes to SRi/GSi back boxs.

    You will need to cut off the oval tail pipes from the SRi/GSi box's and weld on a straight peice of pipe with the correct diameter which I beleive is 61mm, you can then bolt on the VXR tail pipes.

    Andy, do you have the part number for the VXR tail pipes?

    I honestly wouldn`t put the VXR tailpipes on any car, imo anyhoo they are what lets the VXR down, they don`t fit right ??

    To be honest, they are not my ideal shape, but if I am going to produce the complete VXR look, then I'll need to get them!!
