    Default photo question

My GF has taken some photo's with a basic digital camera. She has had them developed by boots but they have come out slightly pixilated. As it happens the camera was on the lowest quality setting. Is there any way that the pictures can be developed in good quality?

My other car. 1972 1641cc slammed beetle. On the road finally!!

not really, low quality cant be turned to higher quality, where high quality can be turned into lower.

You could as hoochydady has said run it through editing software but the only way to calm down the effect of the pixelation is to blur it slightly, you might be able to find a free photo editing software to add a little blur. If you don't mind the photo being up on the web then post a link and I'll have a quick flick over it, or failing that upload the file as a rar or another compression software but put a password on it if you'd rather it be kept private.
