    Default vxrshop.co.uk fail big time!

    i brought an opel grill from vxrshop.co.uk with a nameplate and it came to £104.12. after waiting nearly two weeks they sent the wrong ******* colour. so i rang then and asked for the manager. he was short and and rude on the phone and said well send it back then for a refund. he was convinced i was lying about it being the wrong colour.

    am so annoyed I've now got the hassle of sending it back and also i wont have my opel grill for the hull show ....vxrshop.co.uk really stink!!!

    they have in affect sent you a item in error, your ARE entitiled to a refund on your postage back to them, dont let them get away with it mate, pitty you aint got a copy of the orginal order with the colour you wanted, for the inconvinience caused id be asking for the correct item etc sent to you with a slight discount for your troubles.

    not used them before , but id also be annoyed if they sent the wrong item ,

    the vectra has gone , but not far away so ill still see it form time to time

    i have the invoice emailed to me and they sent a paper one too. on closer inspection the corner of the grill is damaged and theirs a few imperfections in the paint ffs.

    pity there customer service was that bad , or you could have paid for another to get here for the hull meet and get the refund back when they get the other back , but would not trust them to do that .

    it took nearly to two weeks for this one to come and i rang them a week ago to see where it is and they said they had to import them.
