    Default MAP sensor fault code

Got a 1.9 cdti, started to get turbo lag so I cleaned the egr and the map sensor but now I get the engine light on and codes p010507 and p011011. Like an idiot i forgot to put the plug back on the MAP sensor, realised and refitted. Car drives great though. No limp mode just codes and light. Could I have damaged map sensor when cleaning?
    Thanks
    Marcus

Personaly I would disconnect the battery for half an hour or so to reset the system and clear the codes, just make sure you got your radio codes BEFORE you loose it by resetting everything.

Then 'if' the codes come back at least you know theere not old/stored codes from your forgetfullness.

did that on mine, took the airbox off and maf sensor, i turned the ignition on at some point and came on with the emissions light when i took it out for a run, once the car realised there wasnt an issue the light went back off..

Thanks, I did reset fault codes by disconnecting battery but they came back. I will run it for a while and see if it clears.
