hids direct customer services
What's hids direct customer services like , I brought 2 new hid bulbs 4300k ones first off one fires up like a 6k bulb then goes white is this normal? And the other one is a funny colour its so weak then after 10 seconds goes out , it looks like how my old ones went .I also brought H3 fog lights not hids but a colour output of 4350K and says super white I thought they will be the same colour of the hids , I was wrong more like a yellow
they can sometimes be poor,but other times very very good ...
speak to them nicely and hope you havent got them at a busy time .
I'm afraid I have had mixed dealings with them. when it's good it's good, but when it's bad it really is bad.
As soulmate said get them on a good day them your fine (probably)
have to say ive bought a few bulbs off them and never had any issues,always good service
TBH from what i've read on here id rather buy from China on ebay.

Btw a standard H3 blub will never match a HID bulb. If they did we all wouldn't pg gone to the bother of fitting HID kits. The bright H3 bulbs will be whiter than your originals but nothing close to the HIDs

I'm sure there are more, but I can't get the crappy forum search to work properly. Found thse gems using google.
Contacted them today service was good they said to cut the wires off the hid bulb and send it back just so no one can use it and well send you a replacement bulb out,
