    Default Irmscher Mats

I was lucky enough to be bought a set of Irmscher mats for Xmas, well chuffed. On trying to fit them (Which I thought would have been the easiest mod ever!!!) I noticed only one of the plastic lugs on the drivers side lines up (passenger side lugs are not a fantastic fit, but good enough). The new mats came with more lugs but I need to pull the carpet up to get the old one out of the way, any suggestions on the easiest way to do this please.
    Thanks guys.

Cheers for the quick replies guys. Yeah the new ones are screw in with the crossed heads, the old ones seem to be factory fit. I pulled the top off one and it leaves the bottom/base still in the way (and a hole in the carpet ). Do you see what I mean?
