Hi

Should my car have the AUX option on the screen if its a 2007 model OR does it need the firmware update AND/OR Tech2 to make it appear??

It needs a firmware upgrade before anything. I have a disk if you want a lend of it!

Yeah, i worked out that by the time i'd driven to someone's house to borrow one i'd be as well buying the disk from my local stealer. I'm guessing that you dont have the jack socket? in which case i think you'll need to do the 'aux in' mod. You'll also need to change the ?index code? via tech 2 .

Bought the jack in socket while I was buying the disc and will have to do the AUX mod I suppose so bought those bits today off ebay. It'll be the fingers crossed bit that the TECH2 is able to activate it :0

Then it need activating I did Wilkos lol he was convinced it wasn't right lmao but it work also Wilko is the man for soldering did my SMd convention for me and fixed the ones I broke lmao
