Default cleaning dash, centre console etc

this is probably a proper noob question but as i dont know the answer here goes.

how do you clean the dashboard/centre console thing without it being all sticky and or shiny afterwards?

particularly the bit under then handbrake, covered in dust, ash etc.

wiping it down with a rag when vacuuming doesnt seem to be doing the trick

    thanks.

No probs I love it bit of advice 1st wash the interior down with some car shampoo or washing up liquid to remove grease etc dry it with a microfiber then spray either onto the dash or microfiber cloth will give it a nice new look no shinny or grease
