    Default Rear Roof Spoiler Estate

    Hi All
Thinking of having a rear roof spoiler fitted to my Estate, anyone already done this or ideas of where to get spoiler, tried LMF waiting for their reply. Been looking on Ebay, but can't see much and would prefer new with complete fitting instructions.

I'm not bothered about an Irmscher one, just thought a spoiler might look nice and stop it looking so much like a "funeral car"

Also thinking about fitting the Sports Grille, however LMF currently out of stock

Fitted one on mine, picked up a genuine GM VXR roof spoiler brand new on Ebay for £55 last year, sprayed it up myself with aerosols and Bobssignum cut the paintwork and polished it up for me. Fitted it at Trax last year it's stuck down, no special fittings required (I used Sikaflex 221).

Thanks guys, I am keeping an eye for them on Ebay, if i can pick one up for less than £100 even better and I can get it painted the bidyshop we use at work. Do they normally just stick on or was it just easier? I guess stick on means no drilling, which in turn means no risk of future water leaks

Is your twin exhaust standard or a kit??

The spoilers come with double sided sticky strips on them which I re-inforced with Sikaflex as frankly I wouldn't trust those as far as I could throw them. But no drilling needed, required or even suggested. Mine stayed on with no issues at 138mph on a 1 mile straight at Bruntingthorpe so no issues with it coming off

As for the exhaust, that pic is out of date a tad as it now has VXR skirts all round and different exhaust tips, but the system is a stainless steel cat back system from MIJ in Walsall. I've since changed the rear tips for Powerflow ones as the quads didn't fit my new VXR skirts properly.

    Keep looking on ebay.
I got my irmscher one for £60, brand new never used still boxed. Had it spayed and fitted by a local bodyshop for £80.

The irmscher ones are stick on no bolts/screws. The bodyshop did bin the glue that came with the spoiler and used there own as they said it looked/felt a bit old and dry.

It looks good with the full coloured bumpers, mines got standard bumper with bottom grey section, not sure I can afford to go to the expense of skirts or a stainless steel exhaust tho
