F40 and M32 Gearboxes

Hi, i have a 1.9cdti 120 bhp, it currently has a M32 gearbox that blown up on me yesterday, i was just wondering if the F40 Gearbox fits and if so whats the difference??

If not then would any other gearbox fit on and what would be the benifits or let downs??

Oh btw it is a signum 1.9cdti 8 valve..

Good question this mate, i cant see it being a problem, as there both 6 speed i belive
