help..or it gets the petrol/match treatment!!

ok not planning on burning it yet but hopefully got some attention!

Im getting error code p0325 knock sensor circuit.
54 reg Z20NET with 74k on clock.
No engine mods except cone induction which has been on 18 months with no issue.

ECU has been replaced.
Ignition module replaced.
4 coil packs replaced.
wiring has been load tested.
any ideas???

It gets eml on after about 2 miles from cold, resets on key. Loses power.
I have had it looked at by my mechanic who has tech2 and is 18yrs ex vauxhall mechanic.
Now its bugging us both! are we missing something dumb here? Is the knock sensor in the ignition module that bolts to side of block? or is it totally seperate as a friend of mine thinks?
Getting fed up losing power at the wrong time and chucking money at it.

O2 Sensor? MAF Sensor? What exactly is the 'knock sensor'? I assume it means 'petrol' knocking.

makes sense to go halfs on the fuel....95 ron should be fine
