    Default 1.9 CDTI 150 - Rocker cover gasket change

    Any one changed there rocker cover gasket on a 1.9 150. Mine leaking bad now so needs replacing but told I need to remove the cam belt to get the cover off. Is this correct.

    Is there a single mechanic on here who has changed a manifold gasket on a 1.9 150 ?

    Surely someone has had to make this fix.

    If the leak is roughly at the front right of the engine then it's a common fault found on all CDTi 150's and its not worth changing. It usually looks worse than it is. Can you post a pic up?

    and yes the cambelt has to come off, the camshafts are part of the rocker cover
