    Default Remapped 2.0t keeps getting boost sensor faults

    As above keeps losing turbo ie safe mode then comes up with boost sensor fault code turn key on/off and it's back to normal replaced boost sensors no joy any ideas fitted silicone hoses no leaks there and new vac pipes

    are you using an aftermarket dump valve

    What is the fault code? We need more info to work with though matey... Codes are a big help....

    Are you using a modified airbox, standard airbox, cone filter? How long have you been getting this issue, since the pipes were changed? I see you had this before with the aftermarket Dv fitted as well?

    Possible overboost mate or spike as Nige said codes would help alot
    Vectra vxr custome remaps egr deletes dpf and diagnostic work all remaps are custome bench tuning avalible all genuine equipment PM for info

    I'm getting the boost sensor code can't remember wot it is modded box silicone hoses silicone vac pipes boost gauge stainless system p0234 code no aftermarket dv

    That's overboost mate have you tryed to lengthen the actuator rod or is it stuck

    Have you got the two new boost control valves the right way round - they look the same, but they're different so you need to have the correct one next to the turbo and the correct one next to the TB.

    Just try one complete turn at a time and test drive it between each turn. Becareful of the very hot turbo though, it will burn you badly if you're not careful.
