Thread: slight misfire/skip a beat/ between 1500 and 2000 rpm when going up the gears

    Default slight misfire/skip a beat/ between 1500 and 2000 rpm when going up the gears

    Ive chnged the clutch and DMF, also had injectors tested and refurbished also cleaned EGR valve ,boost soleniod valve,throttle, and checked all hoses.only thing i can find here to try is no3 wiring injector.i read here somewhere it can be got for 12 pounds.if so where? also is there anything else worth trying.its bugging the $*** out of me.cheers guys peter

    Part number is 93189918, GPS showing them in stock at £8.53, Ebay at around £15, VX around £14.

    was it doing it before you changed the clutch and dmf

    Ye it was. i only had the car 8 weeks.clutch was a bit rattly i was hoping that would sort it.big difference in the car since i got it changed and cleaned all the valves.I only figured out it skips between 1500 and 2000 rmp yesterday.I thought it happened randomly but at this stage i can almost make it skip by driving between these rpms.im gonna try e bay now get new injector wiring loom just for no3.

    GPS are saying connector housing.is that what the no3 injector wiring loom is actually called.

    what colour is your no3 wiring injector yellow is old

    blue is the upgraded one
