Default 1st Vectra.... GSI 3.2 v6 yum yum

    Hi,

Ive had lots of vauxhalls and just got a 03 vectra gsi 3.2 v6.

it knocks the socks off any other car i have owned.

Verry fast and well built, high spec all for £800 :-)

Question is, What should i do service wise as its done 122k service history upto 75k.

    Changed the oil so far

Its great, Have you ever had to change the Rear suspension upper control arm? it seems to be a pain to do.

    welcome , i,m new too , just bought a 3.2 gsi aswell , wow , loving it
first thing i checked for was cambelt history , as i had a one let go , on my v6 vec b gsi , not pretty i can tell you , and the thick end of 500 to sort !

luckily enough my new gsi was belted at 69 k , so its not desperate
but if you carnt find any , i would get it done asap !

if you have no history for the belt, tensioners and water pump get them done. Might as well flush the coolant too. TBH treat it as a major service and do all the filters and brake fluid change too.

Yeah, just need pricing for cambelt kit and waterpump. Vauxhall Masterfit do it for £250 for just a cambelt kit.
