    Default rear bumper ,advice req

    i've got the 'hidden exhaust' bumper and want to go with a single exit s/s system without the cat just nee to know what bits i req,hoping i dont need a new full bumper to get it looking right

    I'm afraid so u need a Sri rear bumper or cut ur original bumper

    U can pick up a bumper from around 70 pound with the insert

    just cut the lower part of your original bumper to allow for the tailpipe to sit right, you can make it look factory if done right, no need for an sri bumper at all, if you are getting a custom made zaust made up they will cut it in for you at the same time, just tell em how high you want it to be so it looks right

    I cut mine for my twin outlet and i thought it looked silly so i got a sri bumper for £40 and the vxr insert for £50 and i had the XP skirt all ready so now all i need to do is sand it down and get it painted.

    Hi mrk, I have the very same issue, and have found a friend of a friend who's a panel beater who is doing this for 50 notes. Cheaper than getting a Sri bumper!!

    I just need to detach the lower part - which is harder than it looks..... Although I am going to attempt to use a hairdryer to soften the clips. This done properly by an expert should look pretty nice imho.

    I got my bumper from this fleebayer http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1407912641...84.m1423.l2649 he gets them all the time and fast delivery i had it the next day.
