Default Front strut top mounts have gone

Well it's time to call on the warranty I bought when I purchased the car and get the now very noisy and embarrasing top mounts changed, she goes in next wed's to E.H. in Killie.

Not bad as so far in 19 months this is her only issue.

I've recently changed mine, weren't covered under my AA 5* warranty though, strangely nothing to do with the shocks are covered (springs are though), makes a big difference when done

You hear a grinding noise when going over certain speed humps, or a metallic "dong" (like a dull bell ring sound a bit,,,) from the spring as it twists when you apply steering lock
