Window tinting problem

Hi mate id take it back i had mine done a week ago he done them out side on his drive and they are perfect theres not a mark blemish bubble in sight i was over the moon with mine and was only £100 dto do te whole car

Yeah I'm going to call them tomorrow as I'm at work and then take it back on Friday. Basically they've wrecked the rear window element, only remedy is a new glass but I know it's going to be a nightmare

Annoyingly my new tint is excellent, but the damage to the element is pretty bad. I'm gutted
