    Following on from another thread, does anyone else feel that perhaps the service I've paid for (as set out in the first picture) is not what I've got (as set out in the second picture)

    Well... by the look of it they haven't done a lot, well anything really!
    I bet they managed to produce an invoice for you though

    We were talked into buying 2 years MOT & servicing when we bought the car. And even then I had to contact head office because they sold a car with a full service history but they'd skipped the last service!

    Oh AND they've marked the rear bumper!!!!

    Sorry Dave, I just couldn't resist it! To be honest they sound like most big dealerships, good on sales but no real substance when it comes to looking after the customer.

    They have done an interim service which involves an oil change and loads of health checks.......The list in the first picture is what vauxhall do in the main/major service. I have an interim and main every year and all I get from interim is oil change and a list of things that will/may need changing, they use a traffic light system.....

    Nope no filters just oil filter and oil change. With a load of health checks...

    My point still stands, they have sold me a service and outlined that service in print but haven't supplied it.
