    Default Car crash in/near Cirencester?

I'm not sure if this is bull or not, maybe someone on here knows.
One of Wendy's rabbit breeding contacts has some rabbit rings to post back to us, so far, since the beginning of the month, we've heard she's been unable to post them because:
    1. She was seriously ill in hospital for a few days.
    2. On her return home, her daughter became seriously ill and was hospitalised.
    3. While daughter was in hospital, her husband became seriously ill at home and living on Complan and unable to leave the house.
    4. Today's, she has been in a car accident and is ill with a broken pelvis and broken neck.
Now, apart from the fact that we know only too well you do not recover from a serious illness that requires hospitalisation in a couple of days, they seem to have had a hell of a lot of bad luck, and that car accident must have been very severe to do so much damage - her partner drives a fairly modern 4x4. Has anyone down Cirencester way heard of a major accident in the last couple of days?

sounds like pulling your leg, google to find a local paper to cirencester area, and such a car accident to cause such injury will almost certainly be reported.

edit - a quick googl reveals no reported accident, other than one which was fatal killing the only occupant in a car hitting a tree

apparently this one, at least is on the level. it's the woman's sister, her partner drove off the side of a bridge, crashed upside down onto a dual carriageway. His life support has now been turned off, she has serious injuries. Still not sure on the other stuff.
