Default Is there a power supply in the door that I can tap into?

Might sound a bit odd but my son asked if I could fit LEDs in the speakers, behind the grilles. If I could find an LED strip long enough (or cut to fit type) I reckon I could put a ring of LEDs around the inside of the speaker covers. But before I try, does anyone know where there's a 12v supply in the door that is permenantly live that I could splice into?

Not permanent live AFAIK, but I think you could use the feed to the window switch illumination?
Cant remember where, but I'm sure the color on that feed is posted here somewhere.

Cheers, that might work, I'd only want them on when the lights are on anyway.

Yellow/grey is for the lights on the door switch.

Cheers, is it always live or only when the lights are on? What about the main power lead into the window switch?

Its only live when sidelights or main lights are on and a couple off seconds when you unlock the car. As for main power live i have no idea never needed one in the door myself.
