    Default a good tyre

    Any advice on a good tyre its 215 50 17 on at the moment thinking about going for 215 45 17 yokohama paradas.

    Any thoughts?

    I'm selling two Bridgestone potenzas with 6mm tread for 50 quid 225/50/17 if interested can put them on back if u want to keep 215/50/17 for front

    215/45 17 IS THE wrong size tyre for the wheel

    The factory fitted ones are either 215 50 17 or 225 45 17

    Wouldny be an issue goin from 50 to 45??

    No. Both 215/50/17 & 225/45/17 are recommended sizes in the handbook.

    The 225/50/17 mentioned in this thread isn't a recommended size and if you were involved in an accident and had a picky insurance assessor, then that could be a reason not to pay out.
