Ordered K&N panel filter on Monday,Supposed to be next day delivery,been sat in house for the last four ****ing days,still no sign of filter,was hoping to service car today before i went back to work on Saturday,any other member had any dealings with potn racing

Yeh,phoned them on Wednesday night and phoned again an hour ago,said they would look into it and phone me back

Did you pay for next day delivery or was it included for free ?

If you paid for it I'd be on the phone to them going ape sh*t demanding it be resent immidiately, if it was free I'd be nice and polite and ask them to resend the item

It was free,but why say on website free next day delivery,it was one of the reasons i ordered from them,as i live in the north east of Scotland i didnt really expect to get it on Tuesday,possibly Wednesday or Thursday

Just keep on at them I'm sure if you annoy them enough they will resend a another one
