Default Midland Remaps and the gains - 2.0T

    Hi all,

Just wondering what gains people have had when getting their car remapped at Midland Remaps? I've seen many people recommend it, but I haven't read about anyone who has had their car on the rollers after having it done. I'm looking to get my car remapped in the near future, and the price differences between them are pretty hefty.

    Thanks in advance

You won't go far wrong with sav mate as for actual bhp i not sure but different rollers will give different results.it's kind of a dyno lottery but it not about power its about drivabilty but i guess it will not be far of the actual qouted figures. As a lot of big companys quote the same gains

    Thanks for the reply richy,

Yeah, most that I've contacted have quoted around +40 to the bhp and +45ftlbs (ish). It's just the difference in price makes me think that some might be better than others! I guess that's probably not the case. I've contacted quite a few companies and prices range from the lowest being Midland Remaps, and the most expensive being Torquing BHP and a few others inbetween, so it's a bit confusing!

You should be looking at around 215 BHP with any decent remap company.
