    Default Egr 30dt

I'm planning to put in a blancing plate/ restrict the flow through the EGR valve on my engine.

I know some here has done it one therese cars.

How big has the holes in the plate have to be for it to work without getting faultkodes?

Why do you want to do this?

Just to get a little less soot in the inlet manifold, it's full of **** now...

I know on VW they can get OEM gaskets with smaller holes in to prevent problems with juddering.

And it will be easy to do now when i'm taking the high preassure pump out.

Hmm, that rings a bell, didn't you post about this before?
Wasn't the question raised about the Fuel Filter?

I recently had a similar issue, but was traced to the Fuel Filter and the dealerships failure to replace it at the most recent service
Since I changed it the issue has been resolved

I also posted details of the two different Fuel Filters that are available; one is only capable of 10K miles / 6 months, the other of 30K miles / 2 years

I read it, but it wasn't me.
I change my fuel filter around 10k/miles, beacuse i have a full service each 10k.

I was the one with SCV...
