Cut in my tyre thread, is it still ok?

hi

i have a cut in my tyre thread and i am not sure if its still ok?

I cant see the cords but the cut is fairly deep.

It looks more like heat or impact damage rather than an actual cut
Equally, I doubt a MoT tester would notice it

From the photos it looks more like surface damage, and does not go any lower than the main tread depth
However if there is segmential damage, that goes below the main tread depth, then take a measurement across the tyre
The damage must not exceed 25mm in width across the tyre

Thanks m8, the damage goes a bit lower than the actual thread maybe 2-3mm. would that be ok safety wise?
