Gauging Interest for October Meet!

Right chaps ive been in contact with the 5 regions about a big get together for a go-karting meet the regions in question are:

North East
North West
Yorkshire
East Mids
West Mids
(Open to all other regions as well)

Now at the moment all im doing is gavering a list of names to see who is interested. I would be looking to have this meet on the last Saturday due to them not opening Sundays (27th October 2012). There will be a small deposit which will need to be paid before the day as i need to book in advance but at the moment i cant tell you how much it is because it will be different depending on how many people are coming.im looking to hold this at pole-position in Leeds West Yorkshire with a start time around 11am-12 noon .
