Urgent computer help.

I'm upgrading the memory on a netbook we use just for emails and basic printing at work. My laptops have always been easy to do with lots of room to see what going on, this netbook however is a different thing all together. I've followed the YouTube how 2 but got stuck at the actual part of taking out the original memory.

I've tried pulling it away from the motherboard but got to a point where it feels like I'm going to break something.

Can anyone give me any pointers on how to get it out, if I remember rightly to put it in push the pins into the slots then snap it shut.

pull the lttle clips on either side outward .

lo m8, there should be a leaver each side of the memory... u have to push them out

You should be able pull the little silver clip backwards and that will release the RAM mate.
