    Default urgent help found 3 birds

    hi a birds nest fell from my roof earlier today and out popped 3 little chicks,i left them outside for its mother to find and she has not come back,i have brought them in to try and warm them up and have given them some water and scrambled egg but they are going a bit cold and failling,whot can i do or where can i take them for help,i live near to sunderland

    already done that its a automated service and when you go through all the questions they say put them back outside and leave them and cut you off,whot a service

    TBH that's probably the best for them. You won't be able to provide everything they need. If they're outside their mother may find them.

    Not such a bad service then - In my experience over the years I've never had any joy trying to rear young orphan birds - with the exception of a young magpie that survived and lived with us for four years when we were kids. RSPCA will have some local bird rescue centre where they take them and they may stand a chance.

    same thing happened here twice this summer already i just picked them up and put them in the hedge that goes up one side of our property and the mother came down and tried to entice it back to the nest, but it was having none of it so the mother bird just fed it in the hedge don,t know if it survived though a lot of pet cats around here

    well rspca just been to collect the 3 little birds,they are off to a ladys house in tynemouth to look after them until they start to sho signs of flying then they go to paws for thaught in sunderland until they can fend for themselves,weel a happy ending and thats my good deed done for the week
