    Default Mystery problem...

    For months I was having problems with the car been underpowered before it hit the turbo and it juddering like a cranky train when I shut the ignition off. Then a couple of weeks ago, I changed the alternator and the car ran like brand new. There wasn't juddering and torque was first class.

    Today I took the EGR valve off to give it a clean and not only has the EML not gone off but I have got the exact same problem with underpowered revs and engine juddering as I did before!


    Anyone have any suggestions of what could be wrong?

    Even though it was running perfectly before? Where do I locate the vacuum hose?

    Can easly split mate it's located next to the radiator right hand side of the engine just a thin hose

    I've had it out and had a look, all seems to be fine! ****** frustrating! I've cleaned the EGR valve and booster valve and still the EML light is on! Anymore suggestions??

    3rd injector i would say what are ya intercooler pipes looking like
    Vectra vxr custome remaps egr deletes dpf and diagnostic work all remaps are custome bench tuning avalible all genuine equipment PM for info

    U should know that mate geeee it's a round hose quite thick with a elbo at the end Pmsl

    3rd injector wire is the same colour as the rest of them... A dark grey colour! Is it worth taking it out and cleaning it?
