I do Megabus Glasgow to London express every two days. Leave Glasgow at 9pm and London at 8am the following morning, double manned. M11 sevice.

I'm laughing all the way to the bank, thanks to the Olympics
I picked up a contract two years ago, and this has now increased to three
I am currently negotiating a further contract (I think you can guess why) which is being rushed through

I myself am working at five locations, so no need to buy tickets

I have seen some strange deals, just simply due to poor sales through the London 2012 website, so some venues are selling them independently now
As an example :
Mens Football, Spain v Japan, Olympics ticket £40, Hampden price £42 which includes Executive seat, meal, and access to (paid) bar

At the other end of the spectrum are the free tickets, which some locals also have to be issued with so they can access their own street!

With respect to the Olympics sports events, I've watched them every time and this will be no different
Looking forward to Archery, Swimming, and Cycling
However this time I will be able actually attend Modern Pentathlon (Fencing), Triathlon, and both Opening and Closing Ceremonies

not a hope in hell that I will be watching any of it , rather stick needles in my eyes .
I find it really annoying at the amount of money that has been wasted on this , on one hand the govt are making cutbacks to just about everything ( including hospitals etc.) and on the other hand they are throwing money at the olympics , priorities very very wrong somewhere .

I would watch it but I will be working at the Olympics doing security so prob won't see much of the actual events!
