Pioneer Headunit - Connection Problems

Hi all,

Got a Pioneer AVH-8400BT headunit (http://www.pioneer.eu/uk/products/25...0BT/index.html) to go into my pre-faclift Vectra C SRi CDTi 120. Now from what I can tell this car is full can-bus due to the scrollers on the steering wheel.

I am having problems with knowing exactly what cables I need to purchase to get the headunit working in the car! I previously had a mix of autoleads and connects2 and the unit was really temperamental.

So, I have decided to start from scratch again! What I have so far:

All the above gives me at the moment is a cable that converts from the Pioneer standard to ISO (supplied with the headunit) and one which connects from the quadlock connector on the car back to quadlock (the Connects2 CAN-Bus interface).

Anyone got any ideas?

I have the same unit in my vectra, this is a list of all the parts I used, I've not had any connection problems with these,
