Vectra going......

Well after two years of Vectra ownership (and forum membership ), the failthful Vectra is getting sold next week.

It's replacement is a VW Bora, having been made an offer by a mate that I couldn't say no to . I've owned a Bora before and had no complaints over it, and always said I would have another. The one I'm getting is 7 months older than the Vectra (it's a 54 reg), but has less than half the miles on (67k), and a full dealer history, immaculate paintwork, and, as I know the owner, it's been maintained fully at whatever cost.

I'll be no stranger to Vectra-C.com, made some great friends on here, and will stick around, and might even attend the next NE meet in it

I did intend to keep it, but have been thinking of a change for a few weeks now. And the deal I have done is a good one

And 67k miles as opposed to 144k, insurance cheaper by £200, tax cheaper, but the car is just as fast!

It's the 1.9TDi (100) model but it goes like **** off a stick

Maybe. It was getting on and needed a few (but expensive) things doing.

Between the two, the CDTi was far superior
