Good good you traded vec as is or will u be selling parts
Nice one matey i was happy when i got that phone call as well. Nows the time to have a good sit down and look if theres any extras you want to add quickly as they can still add them at the early stages
Yeah right, more like dragging out of a field to then remove parts and apply the correct parts for your request
If it is being built in Russelsheim, then make sure you get the EU Conformity Certificate
This will then show the date it was built
If it is being built in the UK, then you can find the build plate (sticker) on either the underside of the car boot liner (if not removed by the dealership during acceptance) or on top of the glovebox (which does mean removing the glovebox
Also, check the date of the fuel filler flap, this is normally one of the last parts to be added during manufacture
This all quite shocking really, when you consider dealerships order cars, store them for months to inflate their sales figures, and other customers are left waiting for months...
How long you got to wait now?
That suggests it is indeed being built in Russelsheim, all my Vectra were built in Russelsheim and have had less issues than those built in Luton or Merseyside
As above, make sure you receive the EU Conformity Certificate
I will then go through this with you (probably on a more suitable Insignia Forum)
