Default Old Clutch Pics Hold a Surprise!

Car had been sounding like a bag of spanners for a few months and gear change was lousy. Had dmf, clutch and csc replaced last week. The pictures explain why. The csc just fell apart but look closer at the last clutch pic. Looks like something has broken and got wedged in solid.
    First the dmfDSC07369.jpg
    Next the cscDSC07370.jpg
    Lastly the clutch assemblyDSC07367.jpgDSC07365.jpgDSC07366.jpg

Replaced like for like parts ie all LUK. Apart from it running like new I have also found that instead of getting an average of 34mpg I am now getting 43mpg.

If anyone wants the LUK points PM me and I will give you the voucher codes

    Dave. It's a 3.0 v6 184BHP. Hence the price of £870. The stealers wanted £1600
