Agnes had lived a very long life, and at the age of 101, she knew she was near her end. As she lay in bed getting closer to her final hour, she wrote to her only next of kin left, her granddaughter, who upon receipt of the letter immediately flew back home to be with her gran in her final moments.
The grand-daughter sat beside her nan and Agnes spoke to her softly with her final breaths...
"Pippa, I'm leaving all my worldly possessions to you, my farm, all the machinery and livestock, the farmhouse, the orchards .... and £3,750,000 in cash".
"Oh nan you are so generous!!!! .. I didn't know you even had a farm.....where is it?"
