Default Radiator removal and capping off

I have been asked to remove a radiator from the wall and cap off completely but no idea where to start, its an almost new build but need some advice on how to. Can i just undo both connections and cap each open legs or will i need to connect a pipe to complete the loop again? Any help appreciated.

You can just cap off either end as one end is the flow loop and the other is the return loop. I fitted a radiator to my down stairs toilet lately and by luck the manifold was under the toilet floor and it had quite a few capped off ends. Remember to drain down the system before you remove the valves though, or you will have water everywhere.

ours has a drain tap on the pipework down stairs just connect a hose to it and drain it out the back door open the bleed valves on the rads so it drains quicker, thats how i've always done it any way
