Cleaning off Moss/Algae!

After the great tips of the WD40 and the tar, I'm back with another question for a cleaning tip..

I have a bit of moss/algae growth in the usual places of windows etc. What's the best way to kill and remove it? Was thinking of a good old toothbrush? Any tips?

My mates car was coverd in the stuff the roof all the rubbers plastics the lot I used snow foam left it on for 20 mins and pressure washed it all away it all just washed off with the pressure washer

Was going to suggest kitchen cleaning spray and a small brush.
