Brake servo pipe Help (Plastic Pipe)

I have a 2005 Vectra Sri Turbo and my brake servo pipe has broke on the valve thing, thats connected to the brake servo pipe. I tried phoning Vauxhall up but they said that pipe comes in rollls. How can it come in a roll when it's shaped? It's hard plastic with bends in it. This pipe has 5 parts to it with valves and connectors along parts of the pipe work. It comes from the brake servo to the battery area. The part thats got me beat is how do I get any old parts off the pipe work, the other bits are in solid. Without this part my car is off road . Thanks for any help / info

I'd pop into a main dealer and make them look it up in front of you as they've obviously got the wrong part, by the sounds of it they've probably just looked up brake pipe

I wonder if the different pipe sections have part numbers? If I can get the old snapped end out I could probably just pop in the new part thats broke in the picture.

Your the second person this week to have this issue. You need a new non return valve, #90498464 Personally I would try pouring hot water over the pipes, or even immersing them in hot water, maybe wrap a cloth around it to help retain the hot water, and hopefully the heat should soften the pipe enough to remove the broken bits.

You can replace the valve, heat the pipe ends with heir dryer to soften, pull out old valve, re heat and push new valve in.

I have found a valve from a breakers yard, are all the valves the same? The one I have has a different part number on it but it looks the same as the broken part

Its just a one way valve.

Won't hurt to try it - but make sure it is the right way round or else your servo will not work - as above warm the pipe up with a hot air gun and it will go softer and allow you to remove the broken valve - when yo have the valve off you should be able to blow through it one way but not the other - check your scrapyard valve and make sure it goes on the same way as the original.

Well I have it all fitted up, the brakes seem ok on the driveway. I might take it for a little run in 5 mins to see. I bodged in a second hand one way valve from a salvage car (None Turbo).
