Default Constant droning but not the usual suspects!

My car has a constant drone at pretty much any speed. It seems to be coming from the front drivers side. I originally thought it was teh wheel bearing so I had it replaced, it didn't sort it. I then found out that the tyres can cause droning if they are slightly out of shape.. 4 new Neuton NT5000's later and its still there. Everything looks OK. Any ideas what else could cause this noise? Its doing my head in now!

Oh, other things that have been replaced just for reference are drop links to uprated ones, arb bushes to powerflex ones and the top mount bearings... Oh and the springs but I think they are coming off and going back to standard soon anyway.
