Off topic - boiler service

Bit of an off topics thread here

MY boiler needs dervicing, its brand new, this'll be its first service

CAn anyone recommend a good one in the Notts area? And maybe offer an idea of what it'd cost - first time I've ever had to have it done, don't want there to be any surprises

I have service plan which covers boiler and all of radiators etc. £15 a month but at least it gets serviced annually and includes any parts and free 24 hour call out

the boiler itself is covered against any breakage (I live in a brand new house, so its covered by the house warranty) so long as I keep it serviced, so don't see the need to get a service plan that covers parts and labour just yet, it just needs the box ticking and certificate granting

Im glad I took mine out as the boilers 6 years old and it's been totally re-built in that time all covered by warrenty

yup, i have a gas engineer mate who can deal with that dunk....

Sorry mate the lads I work with wont travel that far sadly, but Britsh Gas charge £15 a month and service regularly.
