P2279 is an air intake fault of sorts. Possibilities, working your way down the air intake path (not sure these would all give the P2279 fault though):-
    1) Clogged air filter
    2) Faulty MAF sensor
    3) Hose leak from MAF to turbo
    4) Turbo problems - including vacuum hoses
    5) Hose leak from turbo to intercooler
    6) Leaking intercooler
    7) Hose leak from intercooler to throttle housing
    8) Throttle housing fault
    9) EGR fault
    10) Inlet manifold problem, icluding swirls
    11) Boost sensor fault

I would go with the simple stuff first. As you have a new EGR and manifold, then start with hose inspection.
The vacuum hoses (2 thin hoses from the near right of the engine bay as you lead in - on a 120ps, not sure about 150) are common failure points. They tend to perish and eventually split at the elbow joints. You may not see the splits without flexing the elbows.
Then check for splits in the intake hoses - the ones either side of the intercooler are prone as is the intercooler itself, but you would usually hear a whistling.
If no luck, the MAF sensor attached to the airbox is the same for a 120 and 150, so if you know someone with a good one, it's a 2 minute swap out.
    Good luck!
