I think you need to explain a bit more as to what you exactly need regarding the electrical side. What's your goal..

As for the mirror can you tell me what SMD led type it is. I may have what you need.

I would have to read up on how to take it apart to get to the led. The soldering bit is easy.

The electrical side is just to wire mirror into ignition feed and ground mate

Mirror comes apart easy don't know led type though
