    Default help with boot thingy??????

    hi somewhere on the forum i think i have seen a polystyrene insert thingy to put in the boot to allow a full size wheel to be put in but i cant find it anywhere . anyone know what i am talking about or did i imagine it lol.

    nah but thanks it was a polystyrene thing to raise the hight of the carpet one on either side with storage pockets i think.

    I was going to do this but those foam inserts would surely stop you opening your firat aid and storage hatches?

    Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the polly thing is in place for the space saver to fit into, to raise it up so that the carpet lay's straight and flat?

    Nah you're thinking of the standard one that sits in the spare wheel well, the inserts being discussed sit either side of the spare wheel well and allow the carpet to sit flush when a full sized spare is present
